About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Junior Chartered Accountant to join our core Finance & Accounts team at Yash Group of Industries . In this role, you will work closely with senior management to oversee financial reporting, statutory compliance, taxation, and internal audits. This position offers excellent exposure to industrial accounting, financial management, and corporate compliance for early-career financial professionals. Key Responsibilities 1. Financial Accounting & Reporting Oversee day-to-day accounting functions, ensuring compliance with Accounting Standards (AS / Ind AS). Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow). Ensure accurate reconciliation of bank accounts, inter-company transactions, vendor balances, and customer accounts. 2. Taxation & Compliance Handle direct and indirect tax compl
