Job description
Job Summary We are looking for a motivated Junior Civil Engineer to support day-to-day construction activities, monitor site progress, and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, quality standards, and project timelines. Key Responsibilities Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the project site. Assist in RCC work, shuttering, reinforcement, concrete casting, and finishing activities . Read and understand construction drawings and technical specifications. Coordinate with site supervisors, contractors, labour teams, and vendors. Check material quality, workmanship, and construction progress. Ensure compliance with site safety standards and quality requirements. Assist in measurements, quantity calculations, and material planning. Identify site issues and report them to senior engineers for resolution.
