Job description

Reporting To Melting Manager / Production Manager Location (Plant / Foundry location of Aditya Castalloys Pvt Ltd wai ) Job Purpose To supervise the melting operations to ensure high‐quality molten metal is produced safely, efficiently, and at required specs; to lead shift teams; control process parameters; maintain safety & environmental compliance; contribute to productivity, cost control, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities  Oversee all melting operations during assigned shifts, including preparation, melting, refining, alloying, and transfer of molten metal.  Ensure raw materials (scraps, alloy additions, fluxes, etc.) are correctly selected, weighed, charged, and processed per specifications.  Monitor furnace parameters: temperature, furnace lining condition, slag control, melt chemistry/composition, and thermal efficiency.  Coordinate with Quality Control to ensure
