Full Time, On-Site Working Pattern: Friday–Tuesday St. Margaret’s, Co.Dublin, K67 P7E5 About the Role As an Operations Manager for HelloFresh Ireland, you will work directly with our Senior Operations Manager to oversee, manage, and optimise our Third-Party Logistics (3PL) fulfilment partner. Unlike direct operational management models where you manage shift teams on the floor, this role focuses on driving high-level operational performance, managing key metrics, and influencing our 3PL partner to execute best-in-class processes. We are looking for a results-driven, relationship-builder and collaborative leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for building a strong, trust-based relationship with our 3PL partner, establishing accountability, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring that our customers receive perfect boxes every time.
