Junior Supply Chain Manager

Qualification

3+ years of experience sourcing materials, negotiating and managing orders, and overseeing apparel production — especially licensed products — including product costing. Strong knowledge of international logistics, customs, and import operations, with particular expertise in imports into South Korea. Demonstrated experience collaborating with merchandising and design teams to develop seasonal apparel lines. Proficiency with ERP systems for inventory management, order tracking, and production data accuracy. Strong forecasting, capacity planning, and vendor relationship management capabilities. Fluency in Korean and English preferred, with a solid understanding of global business environments. Experience at a sports or licensed apparel company, or with global brands and leagues, is a strong plus. WORK LOCATION Hybrid: The primary place of performance of this role is the Company's office located in Seoul Korea, to the Company's current hybrid work policy.
