Job description
The Junior System Administrator is responsible for maintaining and supporting DeepHealth's core IT systems, providing Level 1 and Level 2 Help Desk support, administering business-critical enterprise applications, and ensuring the health, availability, and security of the IT infrastructure. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams. · Serve as a first point of contact for IT support requests, triaging and resolving common issues including password resets, software access, connectivity, and basic hardware problems. · Provide second-level support for escalated technical issues, troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network problems. · Collaborate with Level 1 support teams and escalate to higher tiers when appropriate. · Manage and maintain enterprise applications including S
