Canine Country Club and Wellness Center is seeking a dependable, hardworking Kennel & Property Management Technician to join our team in Ennis, TX. This unique role combines pet care, kennel and boarding services, animal transportation, basic grooming, property maintenance, and ranch work . You’ll play an important role in providing exceptional care to our boarding guests while helping maintain the beautiful property where our pets, clients, and team spend their time. This is a fast-paced, hands-on position that is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, working with animals, tackling projects, and taking ownership of their responsibilities. High school diploma or equivalent. Clean driving record for team members age 21 and older Ability to safely lift patients and/or carry equipment weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to lift pets or carry equipment weighing more than 50 pounds with assistance. Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, kneel, and work on hard floor surfaces for extended periods. Ability to work on your feet for most of the workday. Ability to follow detailed feeding, medication, sanitation, safety, and animal-care procedures. Strong attention to detail and ability to recognize changes in animal behavior or condition. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and reliably complete assignments. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Willingness to perform both indoor and outdoor work in varying weather conditions. Commitment to safe handling of animals, equipment, cleaning products, medications, and other workplace hazards. Physical & Environmental Requirements This is an active, hands-on position.
