About Zinc Zinc builds candidate screening and compliance tools for recruiters and regulated employers. Our customers use us to make hiring decisions that are fast, accurate and defensible. The role We're hiring a Key Account Manager for our mixed enterprise market portfolio of around 15 accounts, each starting at ARR of £100k+. You will be working with some of our top level clients, and they get our most white-glove service. This is not a sector-specific role. Your portfolio will span industries such as healthcare, education, finance, professional services, retail and tech. What these accounts share is commercial complexity and growth potential, not a sector. You will be running as a top operator, in charge of retaining your clients and building the relationship with each one.
