Job description
The Role (What's in the Box) Do you want to take overall responsibility for a larger production operation, where you drive development, efficiency improvement and analysis of our operations with a focus on production flow? As Area Manager, you have overall responsibility for a department of about 100 employees. Below you are two managers who in turn are responsible for, among others, team leaders and line leaders. You have overall responsibility for staff, budget and work environment, and you report to the Production Manager. The role is strategic, and you lead mainly through your managers. You work on the development of the operation, follow up KPIs and goals, and make sure the organization has the right conditions to achieve its results.
