Lab Technician

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, Biological Sciences, or a related field. Driven and self-motivated: Able to function and execute independently with little direction while adhering to established policies and procedures. Highly organized and detail-oriented: Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Technically skilled: Proficient in data analysis, documentation, and laboratory information systems (LIS experience preferred). Strong communicator and collaborator: Thrives in a team-oriented setting and builds positive working relationships across departments. Committed to compliance and safety: Dedicated to maintaining compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
