10+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud (Implementation & Support) in a Functional Consultant role Expertise in UK - Payroll and OTL modules Excellent Fast Formula skills in Payroll and ideally OTL as well Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM data model, security, workflows, and personalization. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills. Mandatory - Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to interact with clients and teams. Mandatory - Experience of working directly with the customer business users/IT teams. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
