We are looking for an International Strategy and Marketing Lead to join our INTL GTM team, based in Dublin. This Individual Contributor role owns marketing and go-to-market strategy execution across our European markets, from research and insights to agency partnerships, content, AEO strategy, and channel development. You will be the on-the-ground builder of how Squarespace shows up across Europe, partnering closely with local agencies and cross-functional teams to bring strategy to life. You are a hands-on operator who thrives on building, comfortable moving from research and strategic input to managing agency relationships to identifying entirely new channels for growth. You partner closely with the Manager, INTL GTM, and the Challenger Market Lead, translating global strategic direction into local execution across Europe. This role is based in Dublin, reports to the Associate Director, International & GTM, and involves regular travel across European markets (up to 30%), with a current focus on Germany and France.
