Job Purpose: To efficiently lead the night shift sheetfed team in printing jobs meeting company quality standards while maintaining optimum speeds and minimal downtime

Main Responsibilities and Accountabilities:  Provide guidance, instruction, direction and leadership to the sheetfed team to ensure tasks are completed quickly and effectively.  Be the point of contact for team members; engaging each member to achieve company goals.  Train, develop and motivate team members.  Lead by setting a good example and encouraging the team to work to their fullest potential  Work in tangent with other pressman and be responsible for make ready, operating, and maintaining sheet-fed offset printing press.  Communicate and escalate pertinent issues to Pressroom Manager  Assist pressroom manager with the training and development of new employees  Assist pressroom manager and maintenance in the
