Lead Retail Leasing

The Lead - Retail Leasing is responsible for driving the overarching retail leasing strategy across Adani Airport City assets. The core focus of this role is curating a balanced and high-performing retail ecosystem comprising core (Vanilla) retail categories—such as fashion, lifestyle, beauty, accessories, luxury, and F&B—while strategically integrating major Anchor Brands and Family Entertainment Centers (FECs) as primary footfall magnets. The candidate will manage the entire leasing lifecycle, from category planning and brand sourcing to contract negotiations, tenant onboarding, and relationship management.
