Job description
We are seeking an experienced, highly engaging Leadership & Executive Coach to support the development of senior leaders, managers, and high-potential talent within the organization. The successful candidate will combine strong executive coaching experience with expertise in DISC behavioral styles, leadership development, and practical behavior change . Experience in other leadership models would be advantageous. In addition to providing coaching, they will act as a subject matter expert and thought partner in the design and development of leadership sessions , helping ensure that content is practical, relevant, engaging, and aligned to the needs of The Client's leaders.
