Position summary: The Learning Experience Consultant forms part of TransPerfect´s Client Services team supporting our Training & Digital Learning Solutions business line, and is responsible for shaping, delivering and implementing learning strategies that align clients´ business goals with effective, engaging learning experiences while supporting sustainable and profitable growth for the organization. Acting as both a consultant and creative lead, this role partners closely with business stakeholders to diagnose performance needs and identify the most effective learning approaches across modalities, formats, and technologies to drive capability development. The Consultant focuses on engagements involving experience design, multimodal learning strategies, and continuous improvement.
