About the Role: Notion is looking for an experienced Lifecycle Marketing Manager, Campaign Strategy & Execution to develop and execute campaigns that help users discover value, adopt key workflows, and deepen their use of Notion. You'll own campaigns end to end: translating business and customer opportunities into clear strategies, defining audiences and journeys, coordinating creative and technical production, launching across email and in-product channels, and measuring incremental impact. This role combines strategic judgment with hands-on execution. You'll partner closely with Lifecycle Marketing, Product Marketing, Product Growth, Data Science, Marketing Operations, and creative partners. You should be equally comfortable shaping a campaign brief, building a journey in Customer.io , resolving execution details, and interpreting results. Scope guardrails: this role owns campaign strategy, hands-on execution, cross-functional delivery, and performance analysis.
