We are seeking a Game Localization Lead to own the linguistic direction and execution strategy for all Italian content across 2K’s game portfolio. This is an individual contributor role within the Content Localization (CLOC) team. You’ll serve as the key Italian language authority, working with minimal supervision across complex projects. You’ll apply deep linguistic and cultural expertise while partnering with developers, producers, QA, and publishing stakeholders to ensure language quality meets player expectations and platform-holder standards. TITLE : Localization Specialist - German LOCATION: Madrid DEPT: Global Localization COMPANY: 2K (Take-Two Interactive) TYPE: Full-Time, Executive Level What We Need As part of 2K’s evolving Global Loc 2.0 strategy , we are expanding our in-house localization team to elevate linguistic quality and cultural authenticity across our game portfolio. We are seeking a Linguistic Specialist, German to support the translation, editing, and validation of localized content in German, while gaining hands-on experience with localization tools, pipelines, and cross-functional collaboration. This is an entry-level, individual contributor role designed to support early-career linguists and translators looking to grow in the game localization industry. You’ll work under the guidance of senior language leads and localization producers to help ensure accurate and player-relevant content in a structured and supportive environment.
