Job description
What is the job? You will support our pharmacy operation at the Winnersh site. You are responsible for making sure every medicine that leaves our pharmacy is right. That means accuracy checking dispensed medicines, keeping standards high, and actively contributing to a culture where getting it right the first time is non-negotiable. You will not be managed through every task. You will be trusted to lead, to spot problems before they become incidents, and to raise the bar for everyone around you. What will you be doing? Carrying out accuracy checks on dispensed medicines, ensuring full compliance with legal, operational and safety standards Taking ownership of the end-to-end dispensing process — not just your part of it Maintaining clear, accurate prescription records and escalating discrepancies without hesitation Actively mentoring junior colleagues and helping to build a team culture r
