Job Title: Clinical or Counselling Psychologist – Palliative Care (Oncology) Banding: Band 7 / 8a Location: West Midlands Working Hours: 3 days per week Salary: Competitive hourly rate (Band‑aligned) Locum Clinical or Counselling Psychologist – Palliative Care (Oncology) This locum opportunity places you at the heart of specialist oncology and palliative care service in the West Midlands. You will join a compassionate multidisciplinary team, offering psychological expertise that truly shapes patient experience - the post is available ASAP until the end of September. Responsibilities Deliver specialist psychological assessments for individuals referred to the service, tailoring your approach to their unique needs. Provide evidence‑based interventions including ACT, CFT and CBT to support patients, carers and families as they navigate diagnosis, treatment and end‑of‑life challenges.
