Biomedical Scientist in Blood Transfusion Banding: Band 6 Location: West Midlands Start Date: ASAP Duration: Ongoing Working Pattern: Core hours only Hourly Rate: £22-24 PAYE via the trust Direct Engagement Model We are currently seeking a Band 6 Biomedical Scientist specialising in Blood Transfusion to join our client’s team in the West Midlands. This is a full-time, ongoing position working core hours only, offering a competitive hourly rate and the opportunity to contribute to a busy and well-established laboratory service. Key Responsibilities You will carry out blood grouping, antibody screening, compatibility testing, and issue blood components for transfusion. You will ensure safe transfusion practices and regulatory compliance.
