Logistics Supervisor / Logistics Executive – Roles & Responsibilities 1. Daily Logistics Operations Supervise and coordinate day-to-day inbound and outbound logistics activities. Plan and execute dispatches as per customer requirements, order priorities and defined schedules. Ensure timely movement of materials from warehouse/CNF locations to customers and distribution points. Monitor pending dispatches, delivery schedules and operational exceptions. Ensure smooth coordination between warehouse, logistics, sales and customer service teams. 2. Transportation & Vehicle Management Coordinate with transporters for timely vehicle placement and dispatch execution. Plan vehicles based on shipment volume, route, destination and load requirements. Monitor vehicle reporting, loading, departure and delivery status. Track vehicle utilisation and load optimisation to improve transportation efficiency
