Job description
Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse Billing Executive to handle billing, invoicing, documentation, and day-to-day coordination between the warehouse, sales, accounts, and logistics teams. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely billing while maintaining proper records of inventory and dispatch transactions. Key Responsibilities Prepare and process sales invoices, delivery challans, credit/debit notes, and other billing documents. Generate invoices based on sales orders, dispatch details, and approved rates. Verify quantities, product details, prices, GST, discounts, and other invoice information before billing. Coordinate with the warehouse team to verify dispatch quantities and stock movement. Maintain accurate records of invoices, dispatches, returns, and related documents. Handle billing entries in ERP/software, Tally, or Excel . Coord
