We’re looking for a Logistics / Supply Chain Assistant to strengthen our global Supply Chain organization by taking ownership of operational tasks in logistics, and support in other supply chain related areas such as procurement and planning. This role focuses on logistics operations, planning and coordinating warehouse transfers of our warehouses in Europe, tracking shipments, controlling invoices, etc. This position is an ideal entry-level position to enable a career in logistics or other supply chain areas. Roles & Responsibilities As Logistics / Supply Chain Assistant, you support operational supply chain activities across logistics and procurement. You work closely with teams in Switzerland and other locations, as well as external partners and service providers globally. Main responsibility: Logistics Support inbound logistics by tracking incoming shipments, checking shipping documents vs. PO data, and ensuring correct goods receipt postings in the ERP system. This role focuses on creating, tracking, and following up on purchase orders based on inputs from Strategic and Tactical Procurement, and related product receipt and invoicing topics.
