Maintenance Section Head – Assembly Line Maintenance

Qualification

B.E. in Electronics or Electrical Engineering Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Section Head to lead the maintenance operations of the Assembly Line . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical/electronic engineering and hands-on experience in maintaining complex assembly line equipment. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage maintenance activities for assembly line equipment. Ensure high equipment uptime and quick response to breakdowns. Plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance schedules. Implement and monitor safety systems , including LOTO, work permits, and confined space protocols. Drive continuous improvement through root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA). Maintain documentation and compliance, and Track and improve maintenance KPIs such as MTTR, MTBF, and equipment uptime. Manage and mentor a team of maintenance technicians and engineers.
