The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for leading day‑to‑day maintenance activities at assigned parking facilities. This role performs hands‑on maintenance work while providing guidance, task prioritization, and oversight to Maintenance and Porter staff. The Maintenance Supervisor ensures facilities are clean, safe, operational, and maintained to company standards while serving as a key point of contact for maintenance‑related issues. Ensure general maintenance of the facility by performing basic upkeep tasks such as replacing lighting, assisting with minor equipment repairs, and maintaining overall cleanliness of the property.
