Qualification
A high school graduate/GED preferred. A valid California driver’s license is required. At least three (3) years in one of the following fields is preferred: (a) general maintenance (institution or building), (b) carpentry or facility construction, (c) plumbing and/or electricity, (d) appliance maintenance. Must possess the ability to communicate, understand, and carry out directions or instructions, both written and verbal, as well as work independently.
