Job description
Position Overview Essential to keeping everything running smoothly, the Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance and repair activities across residential and multi-unit properties. This role will support the safe, clean, and functional operation of our buildings in addition to improving our properties and facilities as well. Every day will be a little different and you’ll work across our multiple locations in Kelowna. You will use your variety of repair and maintenance expertise and skills to ensure all work is completed with quality, care, and attention. This position requires strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a problem solving mentality.
