Job description
LOGISTICS EXECUTIVE Job Summary: The Logistics Executive will be responsible for overseeing and managing the inventory processes/ movement and billing operations within the warehouse. The role ensures accurate inventory control, efficient billing practices, and compliance with company policies and procedures. Duties & Responsibilities: Billing Operations: Prepare and process billing documents accurately and on time. Verify billing information and ensure it aligns with inventory records. Coordinate with the finance department to resolve billing discrepancies. Generate reports on billing activities and present findings to management. Ensure compliance with billing regulations and company policies. Attention to detail and accuracy. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems Strong knowledge in MS office kit
