Management Trainee - Operations

Job Summary: The Management Trainee - PTL (Part Truckload) Operations will be responsible for supporting and optimizing the day-to-day operations of the PTL logistics segment. This role involves working closely with the operations team to ensure efficient cargo handling, timely delivery, and adherence to a 24-hour turnaround time (TAT). The trainee will gain hands-on experience in logistics operations and will be prepared for future leadership roles within the company.
