The Manager of Corporate Partnership & Fund Raising will play a crucial role in devising and implementing fundraising strategies to secure financial support for our organization's mission and projects. Minimum of 8 years of experience in fundraising, development, or related roles within the nonprofit sector. Proven track record of successfully raising funds and meeting revenue targets through various fundraising channels, including individual giving, major gifts, grants, and events. Strong writing skills with the ability to craft persuasive grant proposals, funding appeals, and donor communications. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders, including donors, volunteers, board members, and staff. Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective fundraising strategies and plans. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in fundraising software, donor databases, and Microsoft Office Suite.
