5-7 years of experience in community management or marketing operations, including at least 1-2 years in a leadership role, with a proven track record of driving community growth and delivering business impact through community-led or marketing projects. Organized with a strong ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution. Problem-solver with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with diverse cross-functional teams and influencing them to adopt a community-first mindset. Comfortable testing, iterating, and adjusting strategies to find the optimal approach for each market. Skilled at navigating ambiguous environments and experimenting with different approaches to achieve results in focus markets. Data-driven and results-oriented, with a keen ability to translate insights into action. Deep understanding of Reddit’s unique identity, and the critical role communities and moderators play in adding value to the platform and enhancing user experiences.
