De leiding pakken en de financiële organisatie van aaff verder professionaliseren. Verantwoordelijk zijn voor een betrouwbare, tijdige en toekomstbestendige financiële keten. En tegelijk zelf inhoudelijk actief blijven op complexe financiële dossiers. De combinatie van leiderschap en inhoudelijke diepgang maakt deze functie als manager finance & control heel interessant. Extra mooi: bij aaff zijn collega’s meer dan werknemers. We zijn allemaal co-eigenaren . Via onze participatieregeling kan iedere collega investeren en zo meedelen in onze gezamenlijke resultaten.
