Role Purpose Partner with business leaders across multiple sites to drive talent management employee engagement retention performance and HR compliance while ensuring a positive employee experience. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end HR support for multiple locations. Drive manpower planning hiring onboarding and workforce productivity. Monitor and reduce attrition through retention initiatives and employee engagement. Handle employee relations grievance resolution and disciplinary matters. Support performance management talent development and succession planning. Ensure compliance with labor laws company policies and audit requirements.
