Job Description Manager – Network Operations Center (NOC) Role Summary The Manager – Network Operations Center (NOC) will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Centralized NOC for KP Group's Solar and Wind portfolio. The role focuses on ensuring efficient real-time monitoring, plant performance optimization, generation maximization, incident management, KPI tracking, and operational excellence. The Manager will lead the NOC operations team, coordinate with Asset Management, O&M, SCADA, EPC, and other cross-functional departments to ensure high asset availability, timely issue resolution, accurate reporting, and continuous improvement of operational processes.
