Key Responsibilities: Production Planning & Control: Manage production scheduling, tracking, and achieving weekly and monthly production targets. Oversee capacity planning, manpower planning, and inventory control. Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance productivity and reduce internal and external PPM. Quality Management: Ensure fulfillment of quality, cost, and delivery targets. Conduct quality checks as per drawings and standards. Solve quality problems and ensure optimum productivity, equipment utilization, and in-process inventory management. Project Management: Handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints. Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
