Luminis Health - Laboratories Title: Manager – Laboratory (Entity) Department: Core Laboratory Reports To: Director - Laboratory (20200-20005-000018) Cost Center/Job Code: 20200-20005-003030 FLSA Status: Exempt Position Objective: Leads and coordinates the short and long-term operations of the designated laboratory area. Essential Job Duties: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Implements new programs, tests, methods, instrumentation, and procedures by investigating alternatives; preparing proposals, developing, and performing validation testing; and monitoring performance.
