Job description
Manager, Engineering / Maintenance Position Objective: To provide leadership, technical expertise, direction, and guidance for planning, supporting, and executing daily operations for the maintenance and plant engineering department. To ensure all regulatory code activities are compliant with Federal, State, and other related regulatory codes and to make sound business decisions in supporting the hospital’s mission; will support the hospital’s vision to be a leader in maintaining a safe and functioning facility for patient care. Essential Job Duties: Assists with the development of operating and capital budgets and ensures proper utilization of available resources to complete work in a timely manner with a focus on quality, safety and fiscal stewardship.
