Qualification
5+ years of relevant experience in revenue operations, sales operations, commercial strategy, business operations, consulting, finance or a related field, together with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Demonstrated experience using data to analyse commercial performance, identify opportunities and make practical recommendations. Experience managing or supporting revenue operations processes such as forecasting, pipeline management, quota or target setting, commissions, performance reporting or CRM governance. Strong analytical skills, with practical experience using Excel, Google Sheets and Google Workspace to build reports, models and operating processes. Experience working with Salesforce or another CRM and the ability to maintain accurate, reliable commercial data. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations and other cross-functional stakeholders, including senior leaders. Preferred
