Manager - Salesforce QA (Tosca)

Role Overview We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Automation Test Lead (8–12 years) to own and drive our quality engineering initiatives. In this role, you will lead end-to-end business process automation across critical enterprise platforms—primarily Salesforce, SAP (ECC / S/4HANA), and connected enterprise applications—using Tricentis Tosca. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical leader who champions a shift-left mindset, proactively identifies process bottlenecks, and designs scalable automation frameworks that accelerate release delivery. Key Responsibilities Architect, scale, and maintain model-based automation frameworks using Tricentis Tosca across Salesforce and SAP landscapes Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers; drive automation best practices, code/model reviews, and sprint-level execution in an Agile environment Design and orchestrate cross-platform automated test suites covering integrated workflows (e.g., Lead-to-Cash, Order Management) across Salesforce, SAP, and downstream systems Automate verification of REST/SOAP APIs, middleware (e.g., MuleSoft), and data integrity using SQL/SOQL and SAP backend validations Embed regression suites into DevOps pipelines (Azure DevOps/Jenkins/GitHub Actions) with automated quality gates and transparent test telemetry Proactively identify quality risks, track defect lifecycles in Jira/Azure Boards, and deliver actionable quality metrics to stakeholders Required Skills & Qualifications 8–12 years in QA Automation, including proven experience leading testing tracks for complex enterprise transformations Strong hands-on expertise in Tosca test design (TCD), module building, dynamic data management, API Engine, and DEX execution Practical experience with Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud, Lightning UI, and custom workflows Strong functional automation knowledge across SAP GUI / Fiori for core modules (e.g., SD, MM, FICO, S/4HANA) Familiarity with testing integrated web applications, ERPs, and third-party integrations Hands-on API testing (Tosca API Scan, Postman) and query writing (SQL, SOQL) for data verification Proven experience integrating test packs into CI/CD pipelines within Agile/Scrum delivery models Preferred Qualifications & Traits Tricentis Tosca (AS1/AS2, AE1/AE2, or TDS), Salesforce Administrator, or SAP / ISTQB certifications A proactive self-starter who anticipates risks, drives continuous process improvements, and communicates clearly with both technical and business stakeholders About Riveron: At Riveron, we partner with clients—from global multinationals to high-growth private entities—to solve complex finance challenges, guided by our DELTA values: Drive, Excellence, Leadership, Teamwork, and Accountability.
