As an Engineering Manager on Coder’s Core Workspaces team, you’ll lead engineers building and evolving the systems behind our agentic development experience. You’ll help make agents more capable, reliable, and useful across real development environments. You’ll guide technical direction while growing the team and keeping execution sharp. About the Team: Money Movement (MM) is a core Payments Engineering team responsible for actually moving money at Gusto — reliably, on time, and at scale. The team owns Gusto’s payment rails and the integrations behind them: ACH, wires, real-time payments, checks, and international and stablecoin rails through partners. MM owns the connections to partner banks and payment providers, the APIs that initiate credits and debits, the ingestion of incoming bank data, and the routing logic that selects the most efficient rail for each payment based on speed, cost, geography, currency, and regulatory requirements. We are the GPU Communications Libraries and Networking team at NVIDIA. We deliver communication libraries like NCCL, NVSHMEM, UCX for Deep Learning and HPC. DL and HPC applications have a huge compute demand already and run on scales which go up to tens of thousands of GPUs. The GPUs are connected with high-speed interconnects (eg. NVLink, PCIe) within a node and with high-speed networking (eg. Infiniband, Ethernet) across the nodes. Communication performance between the GPUs has a direct impact on the end-to-end application performance; and the stakes are even higher at huge scales!
