Manager, S&OP

Qualification

Bachelor's degree • 5 years of people manager work experience in supply chain management/S&OP field in automotive, electronics, or manufacturing environments, working with OEMs and Tier-1 customers. • Organized and detail focused on communications and process documentation. • Ability to problem solve complex customer, vendor, warehouse & supplier issues to be a part of the solution. • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.) • Working knowledge of ERP, MRP, and WMS; ability to interpret complex data sets and ERP/MRP systems, translating findings into recommendations. • Highly organized and detail-focused, with exceptional skills in process documentation and written/verbal communications.
