Job description
Location: 5491 Timberlea Blvd. Mississauga, L4W 2T6 Shift: Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm (Hours and days may vary as per business needs) About the Role As the Manufacturing Lead, you will report to the Manufacturing Manager and play a key role in shaping the plant’s vision by building a high-performing team and fostering a strong, safety-focused culture. You will be responsible for executing manufacturing processes and directives while ensuring full compliance with all safety standards and GMP guidelines across the team. In this role, you will continuously identify and drive measurable improvements in performance, focusing on data-driven KPIs and operational efficiency.
