Manufacturing & Process Technology Manager

Qualification

Experience in solid rocket motor, energetics, propulsion, munitions or other defense manufacturing Experience supporting low-volume, high-complexity aerospace or space hardware production Experience supporting facility expansion, equipment installation or commissioning (FAT/SAT, IQ/OQ) Familiarity with DCMA oversight, DFM&A, MRL assessments or Manufacturing Readiness Levels Six Sigma Black Belt and/or PMP certification Travel, Physical and/or Government Mandated Requirements: Ability to travel up to 15% between Strategic Systems sites and to supplier and customer locations Must be able to work on the manufacturing floor and in production environments, including areas with safety controls and PPE requirements U.S. Citizenship required due to federal contract eligibility Must be able to obtain and maintain an active DoD Secret Clearance Must comply with ITAR regulations The good faith base salary range for this role is $145,000 – $215,000 at the time of this posting.
