Manufacturing Systems Coordinator

Qualification

High school diploma or equivalent 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, production operations, manufacturing support, quality, supply chain, or a related environment Familiarity with manufacturing processes, production workflows, and shop-floor operations Experience creating or maintaining SOPs, work instructions, training materials, process documentation, or similar standardized guidance Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple priorities, stakeholders, and actions through completion Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate processes and requirements into clear guidance for manufacturing users Experience working with production metrics, dashboards, spreadsheets, or basic performance reporting Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or equivalent productivity tools, including spreadsheets and presentation software Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify inconsistencies in data, documentation, processes, and adherence to established standards Ability to work cross-functionally with production employees, supervisors, engineers, and manufacturing support organizations Ability and w
