Job description
We’re looking for a highly creative, entrepreneurial, and organized Marketing Lead to expand MongoDB’s AI-native marketing strategy and strengthen our presence across the startup and AI/Digital-Native ecosystem in India. The role reports to the Head of India Marketing and will be part of the International Marketing organisation. This role combines strategy and execution, with a focus on ecosystem engagement, community building, and scalable startup programming. You will help strengthen MongoDB’s presence among high-growth, venture-backed startups across India by building relationships with founders, venture capital firms, accelerators, and startup communities. In partnership with the broader marketing team, you will design and execute programs, events, and partnerships that increase awareness, adoption, and long-term affinity for MongoDB.
