About the Role: Smartsheet is looking for a Field Marketing Specialist to join our Global Field & Partner Marketing Center of Excellence (COE) in India. This role provides centralized program execution and operational support to our Field Marketing Managers (FMMs) and Partner Marketing leads across North America, handling the repeatable, detail-intensive work that keeps regional campaigns, events, and partner programs running smoothly. You will work behind the scenes on tracking, reporting, and coordination so that regional field marketers can stay focused on strategy and stakeholder relationships. You will partner closely with FMMs and Partner Marketing Managers day-to-day. This is a strong fit for someone who enjoys structured execution, has an eye for detail, and wants to build broad exposure to field and partner marketing operations. This role will report directly to the Marketing COE Director with a matrixed accountability to the Field Marketing Manager Team across North America. This is a critical leadership role for a full-stack B2B marketer with strong India market judgment—someone who can operate across enterprise, startup, developer, and partner audiences, build foundational capabilities, and deliver high-impact programs that support revenue growth and long-term trust. This role will be responsible for shaping and executing integrated B2B marketing initiatives that support enterprise adoption, partner-led growth, startups, and developer-adjacent business audiences in India. The ideal candidate brings deep experience working with sales-led GTM teams, navigating complex stakeholder environments, and translating global strategy into locally effective execution for India.
