Qualification
Studies in Marketing, Business or related and currently enrolled as an undergraduate student on a recognized university placement/sandwich degree course returning to complete your final year of study in Autumn 2029. Work Authorization: Unrestricted right to work in the UK for the full duration of the 12-month placement. Language Proficiency: Professional working proficiency in German (in addition to English). Communication & Relationship Building: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the confidence to collaborate cross-functionally across regional and international teams. Creativity & Problem Solving: Proactive, curious mindset with the ability to think outside the box, generate fresh ideas, and adapt to fast-paced marketing environments. Attention to Detail & Prioritization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively, meet project deadlines, and maintain quality under pressure.
