The role will turn aerodynamic and system requirements into practical flap and slat hardware, kinematics, actuation interfaces, and configuration-controlled product definition. This position will be based onsite at our South Burlington, VT office location, our Raleigh, NC office. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field Three or more years of aerospace mechanical design, mechanism design, actuation, or aircraft installation experience Proficiency with CATIA, 3DEXPERIENCE, or a comparable CAD and drawing environment Working knowledge of kinematics, bearings, joints, fasteners, tolerances, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing, and mechanical load paths Experience supporting hardware through design, build, fit check, and test Must be a US Person to be considered for the role Above and Beyond
