Medical Process Consultant

The consultant will translate Medical Affairs and Medical Information stakeholder needs into clear processes, controlled workflows, and testable business requirements. Key Responsibilities Lead medical process analysis and engage with MSLs, Medical Information teams, and global/local process owners. Facilitate stakeholder sessions and reconcile regional requirements and variations. Map medical engagement, medical insights, and inquiry workflows, including exceptions, handoffs, ownership, and closure criteria.
